UNAPPROVED MINUTES
Meeting of the Commissioners
August 17, 2005

Board members present:  Charles Purrier, Annie Purrier, Lynda Cluba & Lyndol Elkins

Visitors present:     Lila Elkins

    The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

1.     Approval of Invoice for work done on Cemetery grounds and shed.  The board reviewed the invoices.   Charles noted that the cemetery has tax exempt status and should not be charged in the future.   Annie made a motion and was seconded by Lynda to pay the invoice as submitted.  So moved  3-0.  Lyndol abstained.

2.    Charles informed the board that 1 stone in the upper cemetery was still broken and 1 in the lower cemetery near the back row that had been fixed has broken again.  He left a clamp on it.

3.    New Business - No new business discussed.

 Lynda made a motion and was seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 pm.  So moved.
