What a difference a day makes, the weather changed so fast, such a drastic change, from zero to 30 above. Its nice to have it warmer even for a few days. The old timers used to say the last Friday of the month indicates what the weather will be for the next month. Maybe we will have a rather mild February, YEA!!!
Jean Trautner has sent in several BOXTOPS FOR EDUCATION, and has received a check for $75.50 and her next goal is to double that amount, and needs our help, to save the little coupons on certain cereals, bisquick, cake mixes, etc. Lets all help and look for the small coupon and help the children at the Elementary School by March 15. Thank You !
The Montgomery Rescue Team extends their Thanks to all 45 propective donors that came to the Jan. 25th Blood Drive, which will benefit the American Red Cross. The next blood drive is scheduled for April 5.
Sue Peters has arrived back home after spending time with her daughter Ann Hymel in Perrysburg, Ohio, Ann had broken her arm and need some TLC from Mom.
Looking ahead..There will be a Pancake Supper at the United Methodist Church on February 24, starting at 5 p.m. (Shove Tuesday also known as Fat Tuesday before the beginning of Lenten Season)
