     IT’S FINALLY THE DAY OF THE SUPER-BOWL, I wonder how many noticed the bright sunshine today, it was just gorgeous but the wind was nippy on the nose. So many have parties planned and all excited for their favorite team.  There will be some that will be disappointed because both teams can’t win.  But as I write this I wish both teams well and no injuries.

     The Elementary School Pizza Fundraiser was a success and they Thank everyone that purchased their delicious pizzas.  Many thanks to the organizers Annie Purrier and Ruth Little; the volunteers Wendy and Jim  Abbott, Jean Trautner, Stacey St.Onge, Linda Carpenter,  Bobbi Jo Lumbra, Karen Soule, Mary Malaussena, Brian Billodeau, The 8^th Grade Cooking Class and the janitors Andy Smith and Raven.   Thanks, for many hands made the makings of 370+ go much faster, we hope you all enjoyed your pizza’s, as much as we all did in putting them together for you.:)

     Its always sad when someone moves away and a dear friend of many here in town moved back to be closer to friends, and family that she left to move up this way, Terry Zartarian, but she will be only a phone call away.  I wish her well and hope her new home, in N.H. will be all that she is looking for.

     The 50 Week Club winner’s were Mickey Doheny and Esther Varela.

     Do you remember the masking of Montgomery, thirty + years ago?   You might get a call from Candy Page, she is calling upon people here in town, to inquire about the where-abouts of your mask, what did it mean to you at the time, etc.. She is very interesting and will soon write up an article for the BFP at the end of the month.
