The last Sunday of the month and what a gorgeous day it has been with the bright sunshine melting away the snow, a great afternoon to walk and talk with friend Maggie and then a nice visit from Raymond and Betty Courville of St. Albans.
Mr. and Mrs. Gaston Begnoche recently had the pleasure of their nephew Edward Turner and his family from Franklin, Mass., and their own children Susan Paradis and Marcel Begnoche and their families for a weekend visit.
Rachel Robitaille has enjoyed the company of her sisters Clemence David of Granby, Clair of Roxton Falls, Canada, Jeannette Martin and daughter Marielle of Mass. They have had a great time visiting family, shopping and eating out.
Johnny Witherspoon arrived back home 2/15 after being on a bike tour for the past 8 months from Alaska to Argentina, he went with others to raise money for a school in Nicaragua. They rode their bikes on the Pan American highway, he will celebrate his birthday this week 2/25, he is the son of Roger and Lois Chauvin. I'm sure he needs more recognition than this space, CONGRATULATIONS AND GOD BLESS!!!!
March 1, there will be a TOWN MEETING INFORMATIONAL meeting at the Town Hall 10 - 12 a.m.
March 1, "Common Sense on Climate" at the Town Hall starting at 7 p.m. (fee)
March 4, Town Meeting starting at 9 a.m.
Schools are out for a winter vacation until 3/5 so beware motorists, children are our future, drive safely.
