The weather seems to be making news around town, the big dumping of snow we got Feb 19-24 created alot of shoveling and plowing. Its weird how the storms cut off different towns, as we received over 40 inches of fluff, and when the sun came out those two days of above 32 degrees the snow just vanished. I only wish I had taken pictures of my daughters car buried in snow only the image of the car was visible. We had a drift between our house and our neighbors that was about 6 feet high, fantastic beauty. A lady tha lives up in Black Falls said they had to get a bulldozer to clear the road to her house. They had over 60 inches up there, thats at the foot of Jay Peak which received approx. 70 inches.
Our daughter Penny Lumbra, John and David Newton accompanied their friends Bob and Linda Sturgeon of Enosburg to Crestview, Florida. They stayed with their daughter Melissa and family, Melissa had recently given birth to a handsome grandson Shane Cota. Everyone had a very enjoyable week!!
Randy and Stacey St.Onge and children drove their RV to Florida this week where they visited parents/grandparents Arthur and Lorraine in Deltona Florida and from there to Disneyland and other attractions. Also Brook St.onge and her friend Kelsey Deuso flew down with Artie to spend a few days with Arthur and Lorraine.
Margie Harrocks accompanied her friend Suzanne Pelletier to St. Augustine, Florida this past week, Suzanne had some time with her parents, two sisters and brother while there. We also got to go to the beach, Jacksonville Zoo, farmer's market and other places of interest. Suzanne's sister Michelle from Plainfield, Vt. came to stay with her children.
