The March meeting of the Covered Bridges Garden Club gathered at the Conference Room of the Town Safety Building. Sue Peters our second Vice-President brought the meeting to order at 6:30, new announcements were, the next meeting will be at the Town Hall as more space is needed for the presentation, our perennial swap will be held at the June meeting NOT in May. Sharon Zeccinelli gave a wonderful presentation of her trip to England and all her pictures of the English Gardens. The three drawings were won by Sue Peters, Lois Lumbra and Tiffany Osowiecki. Delicious refreshments with St. Patricks Day theme.

The Ladies 500 Card Club met at the home of Denise Baker for their March play and the high score went to Theresa Lamore, second high to Therese Demar, most horses Connie McFarland, and the door prize to Theresa Lamore. The Club will have its April meeting at Therese Begnoche. Sub was Lois Lumbra for Jo Cota.

The 50 club winner's were James Oullette and Larry Sylvester.

Randy and Stacey St.Onge, & children Madison and Thomas, Niece/cousin Brooke are back from an exciting vacation in Florida. Madison (4 yr. old) told me how she liked the choo-choo train ride with Daddy, Thomas and Brooke, the water slide, was a bit scarey but Daddy caught her, liked the merry-go-round, she met Micky and Minnie Mouse, Goofey, Donald Duck, Chip and Dale, Snow White and more.  We liked the animals at Rainforest Cafe', But the animals were not real she told me. The family visited Parents/grandparents Arthur and Lorraine while there and Aunt Donna.

Sorry Jake, we did not witness you coming home in a white limosine Wednesday night but we believe you did. Congratulations!!
