We all enjoyed the Friday and Saturday with such warm temperatures, to get out without being all bundled up seemed real good to us.
Eleven ladies of the Green Mountain Ruby Reds enjoyed a fun day on 4/20, we all had a fabulous luncheon at the China Moon in Derby and then we shopped around and leisured over ice cream treats before returning back home.
Sally Newton and son John along with bridge friends from Lyndonville, Vt. were amongst the 8000 people that attended the “Bridge Tournament” in Gattinburg, Tennessee, during the week of April 12-19. It was truly a wonderful experience and its the largest region gathering in the world.
David and Nancy Martinson accompanied by their daughter Megan and her fiance Jonas Vaillancourt all enjoyed a wonderful time at Cancun, Mexico, where the food was delicious and the weather perfect.
Mike & Linda Carpenter and children Sydney and Cole have returned home after spending a week at Orange Lake Resort in Orlanda, Florida, they all enjoyed Disney and Seaworld.
Romeo & Theresa Lamore; Bill & Connie McFarland; Walter & Shirley Lumbra from Johnson children of Alberta Lumbra, and grandchildren Gale St.Cyr of St. George; Jeffrey and Joann Lamore of Hyde Park, Kevin Lumbra, Tula Leach of Morrisville, and a great grandchild Bridgett Courtemanche and her two children Emma and Makenna of Morrisville. They all came together to celebrate the 103rd birthday of Alberta Lumbra on April 18th at the Manor where we all enjoyed birthday cake and ice cream.
Saturday, May 2 ‘GREEN UP DAY’ here in town, starting at 8 a.m. come to the Town Office and pick up bags and sign in. Call Mark if you need more info 326-2197.

Our Sincere Sympathy is extended to these families and friends, to John and Mack Bolog in the loss of his mother Cora Bolog of Florida; Rosaire and Rachel Robitaille the loss of his mother Jeannette Robitaille of East Berkshire; Charlie and Annie Purrier the loss of her grandmother Virginia Bailey of Hyde Park. We also extend our Sympathy to Chet and Kate Parsons of Richford in the loss of their son.
