This week I have been flooded with stories from different ones here in town and am happy to report that there were no injuries to anyone and that we are blessed not to have damage like in '97. Hopefyully by the time you read this..this rain will be only a memory.

The Green Mountain Ruby Reds enjoyed a luncheon at the Pinnacle Peddler on Wednesday the17.  

The ladies of St. Isadore's had their 500 card club gathering on Wednesday evening May 17, held at the St. Isadore's Hall with Therese Demar as host and she also was the winner of the high score, second high was Jo Cota, most horses Eva Lumbra, door prize Therese Begnoche.  The June play will be held at the Sno-Shoe with a luncheon first.

Our 8th graders are enjoying a week in D.C. and will be back 5/25.

There will be a BOOK AND BAKE SALE on Saturday, May 27, 9a.m. - 2 p.m. at Montgomery Properties.  Benefit the Town Library.  Donations of food appreciated!!!

There will be another blood drive held at the Town Hall on Sunday, June 4, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. sponsored by C.E.R.T.

Connie McFarland accompanied by daughters Jane Sanpotreno and Nancy Benson have returned from a trip with the Green Mountain Tour, where they enjoyed the Tulip Festival in Ottawa, Canada.

Sonny and Anne Cote enjoyed their party Sunday afternoon at the St.Isadore's Parish Hall, where family and friends came to say Good-bye and wish them well in their new home in Westfield.  Jon Ramey led the program "Do You Remember Happenings of 1960 & 61" and Comments and Compliments were shared .  Delicious refreshments were enjoyed.

I have been told by Dale Delisle that he and wife Cheryl will be leaving Montgomery and will be moving to Aiken, S.C. by the first of August.

The 50 Week Club winners were Barry Domina and Jean Trautner.

A Memorial Service was held at the Town Hall, Saturday afternoon where Family and Friends gathered in memory of Bob Kleine, we extend our heartfelt sympathy to the family.

Happy Birthday to Merril Baron 5/28, Paul Paradis 5/29, Alexis Lefebvre 5/30, Tammy Ryea 5/31, Makenna Brooks 6/3.

Happy Anniversary Rod and Maureen Tryhorn 6/2.
