The Green Mountain Ruby Reds gathered at St. Isadore's Parish Hall as there was a threat of rain for their annual picnic and this year we added a birthday party, we will make this an annual event.  There were 20 ladies in attendance to enjoy great food, exchange of gifts, birthday cake and ice cream and a fun time of playing games. We welcome Freida Ploof of East Berkshire.

Jake Webster and wife Michelle Legault accompanied by her parents Maurice and Paulette Legault of Richford have returned from a 10 day vacation of touring and biking in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Islands. It was a marveleous trip so much scenery to enjoy.

The St. Isadore's Ladies 500 card club gathered at Cota's camp for their afternoon of enjoyment, it was so beautiful up there and the little fawn came to drink in the pond. The high score went to Therese Demar, second high to Connie McFarland, most horses Eva Lumbra, door prize Lorraine Gillis, there were no subs, the next meeting will be hosted by Carmen Scott.

The Covered Bridges Garden Club held their "House and Garden Tours" on July 16, with the selling of tickets on the Village Park, it was an extremely hot day but the people came to tour and enjoy the tea and lucheon that had been provided by the Garden Club members and everyone got to enjoy the surroundings at Phineas Swan Bed and Breakfast and also the home of John and Jay.  Its with great pleasure and thanks from your reporter that everyone that took part in bringing this event together that they know how very much its appreciated, there was alot of hard work involved behind the scenes to bring this all together..to all THANKS!!!!!
