Six ladies of the Green Mountain Ruby Reds were invited to come and join with the Northeast Kingdom Red Rompers, for a dinner at the Cow Palace and a play "Nunsense" held at The Haskell Opera House at Derby Line, Vt.  I have never laughed so hard in my life as I did at watching this play, if anyone hasn't seen it and if you have the chance to, by all means go. It was a pleasure to see Shannon Harkey, the daughter of Kevin and Sue Harkey that were once here in town, she played her part like a PRO. It was a fun-filled evening.

Good Samaritan act of kindness, Karen Nichols would like to say Thank-you to Emilie Trunik for saving her dog Eddie, earlier in the week Emilie witnessed the dog almost getting hit by a big truck, picked him up took him to the Vet and found out who he belonged to, and once she knew was so kind to actually bring him back home to me. Its nice to know that we still have many that care for others. My sincere Thanks!! (KN)
