Seventeen members of the Green Mountain Ruby Reds enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Phineas Swann Bed and Breakfast Inn on 9/21.
Tree is down at the residence of Sonny and Lois Lumbra, estimating the tree to be over 200 years old and beginning to show signs of old age, the decision was made to have it taken down, the Robitaille's took on the responsibility making it a two day job. It has served us well providing lots of cool shade on hot summer days, and one year we had 3 taps and made 5 gallons of maple syrup, the sap was some of the sweetest that year that I can recall. It has also provided privacy since it was 15 feet around, and so close to our home.
School News. Early dismissal on Tuesday, Oct. 3. Picture day is scheduled for October 27. Wendy Howard will accept your abundance of garden produce, to help at the Meals Program. The School is looking for volunteers for ROOM Parent again this year, if interest call Ruth at the school office.
