Jon Ramey enjoyed his 25th Anniversary of his Ordination celebration with his family and friends last Tuesday evening, his appreciation and thanks to all that came and sent cards, God Bless!!!
The 50 week club winners were Romeo Lamore and Beth O'Brien.
The Foresters will be having a few 500 card games during the month and first of Dec. and the high score Sunday evening went to Therese Begnoche, second highest Eva Lumbra, third Therese Demar, and most horses to Lois Lumbra. We were a small group but had alot of fun and laughter which is good fellowship.
There were 10 members of the Green Mountain Ruby Reds that gathered at the East Side Restaurant in Newport for a wonderful meal and fellowship on 11/3. The ladies all sang Happy Birthday in the celebration of your reporters recent special day, it was very much appreciated, Thanks. One of our members was unable to be with us, Terry Zartarian, she had fallen a few days before and hurt her arm, We all wish her a speedy recovery.
Our daughter and husband, Veronica and Andre' deSaint Phalle of Johnson had an early Thanksgiving Dinner with her family, present were parents Sonny and Lois Lumbra, sister Penny and her son David, daughter Samatha Royer and children Jayden, Shane and Natalie, son Tyler Elkins and friend Jenny, SURPRISE brother Frank and wife Karen and son Devon came up from Derry, N.H. It was a wonderful surprise and what a great feast we all enjoyed.
